We provide state of the art gym equipment, free weights, classes, tanning and much more! Our mission is to provide the Yuma County community with an affordable, clean, and friendly fitness atmosphere.
24/7 Get Fit is looking for an organized and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our gym.
You'll be responsible for performing various tasks, such as answering telephones,signing up members, and assisting members with any question or concerns they may have.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information while up keeping the cleanness of the gym.
Responsibilities and Duties Duties include but are not limited to:
Keep front desk tidy and presentable Greet and welcome members or guest Answer questions and address complaints Answer all incoming calls Keep updated records and files Being able to cover other 24/7 Get Fit locations Withhold the gym's cleanliness (clean bathroom / mop floors / wipe down gym equipment) Give tours to potential members and assist with sign up process Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience and/or a combination of the skills below.
Skills The following are skills that this position requires:
- be an outgoing individual - be team oriented - have clear communications skills - have a friendly personality - be punctual - be able to problem solve -fluent in English and Spanish Individuals MUST posses these traits for consideration.
