We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Internet Installation Technicians to join our team.
As an Underground Drop Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch services to our customers' homes and small businesses.
Responsibilities:
Working independently on site at customer's home as a professional representative Installing cable drops to the premises.
Prepare the worksite to locate utilities and eliminate hazards.
Working as a team to complete daily assigned work to ensure all customers have a positive installation experience.
Utilization of hand and power tools with safety being top priority.
Install underground telecommunications cable within scope and expectations of service provider utilizing company provided tools and test equipment.
Driving a company provided vehicle from home to job sites in a professional manner, following all company driving policies.
Always maintain a stocked and clean vehicle.
Complete job ticketing accurately and in a timely manner.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
Position Requirements:
Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Experience meeting new people every day working in a fast-paced, high demand job environment.
Excellent customer service skills Availability to travel within system market.
Ability to occasionally work extended hours including weekends.
Able to lift, push, and pull 75 pounds regularly.
