Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Answer the phone with a big smile on the first ring.
Assist guests with their orders by describing specials and suggestive selling.
Help guests with their carry out orders.
Greet guests immediately with direct eye contact and a big smile - then escort them to a clean and set table or booth. Satisfy special needs such as high chairs, booster seats, or wheel chairs. Provide guests with a clean menu and specials cards, "kid stuff" such as coloring pages and crayons, and tell them their server's name.
Organize and maintain a waiting list, while providing an accurate wait time to our guests. Note special requests such as seating preferences on the list.
Personally thank every guest with direct eye contact and a big smile! Ask them to return.
Answer phones and take orders from callers.
Other duties as assigned by the manager on duty
Requirements
16 years of age or older (19 to serve alcohol), enthusiastic, desire to learn more, and work well with other team members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs., stand, walk, or sit throughout the shift. All duties are performed on the restaurant premises.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
